Turkmenbashi International Airport

Turkmenbashi International Airport, opened in April 2010 as part of the construction program of the Avaza National Tourist Zone, is a modern air terminal complex capable of handling up to 800 passengers per hour. It includes a four-story passenger terminal as well as a new cargo terminal equipped with an advanced automated cargo handling system.

The main features of the airport include a new runway 2,500 meters long and 80 meters wide, providing the ability to accommodate aircraft of all types.
