Darvaza

Darvaza, also known as the "Gateway to Hell" or "Portal to Hell", is a unique geological phenomenon in Turkmenistan that is impressive in its appearance and mystical charm. The history of Darvaz began in 1971, when engineers accidentally discovered a gas source while drilling. However, the flame did not go out, and since then it has continued to burn, forming a crater with a diameter of about 70 meters and a depth of about 20 meters.
